FABRICATING

Fabrications are sets of components whcih are permanently joined to each other through a physical bonding process.

If you live in the UK, Ireland or Continental Europe you have undoubtedly but unknowingly used fabrications manufactured by Terracast.

We make a sizeable market share of all the fabrications which go into making rotationally moulded products function. Whether it's fuel tanks, litter bins or garbage dumpsters you'll find hundreds of products that benefit from our manufacturing skills.

Most fabrications are made from Steel parts which are then welded together to form a complete mechanism.

Assembling these parts accurately and cost effectively is all in a days work for us. We produce all our own jigs for holding the seperate components in place whilst being welded. The advantage of this is that we have far greater control and quicker reaction time in ensuring that parts are correctly joined together.

Where Certification is required Terracast can carry this out to most ISO, BS & NIST standards.
